How do I reserve a Cruise?
To request a reservation a cruises simply fill out the contact us form on the right sidebar of the cruse detail page, enter the dates you wish to go on the cruise and the total number of people in your group.
There is no need to pay for your selections at this time.
We will check availability for the cruises and dates you have requested and send you a confirmation and instructions on how to pay!
The cruises you request will not be reserved or confirmed until you have received a confirmation of availability and have facilitated payment.
I want to pay for the cruises now, when I request the reservation, why can’t I?
We would not want you to pay for a cruise and not be able to go because there was no availability. So we confirm all reservations with the operator and then ask you to pay for only the cruises that are available.
Are there any additional costs – taxes or service fees – I will have to add on to the cruise price?
No, the prices shown include all applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise noted.
How quickly will you confirm my cruises?
We strive to respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually with in 48 hours. Please be patient, as the best things are wroth the wait!
Can I pay online for the cruises?
Yes, we offer a secure online e-commerce payment system which accepts Visa and MasterCard. Instructions on how to access our payment center will be sent to you after we check availability on your selections.
I don’t want to pay with a credit card, do you have other payment options?
Yes, if you are in Panama, you can make a ACH bank transfer or deposit cash directly into our bank account. You may also visit us at one of your office locations and pay in cash or via credit card.
If you are outside of Panama, you can wire transfer the funds to us. This option will incur additional fees which you will be responsible for.We will provide information necessary to use these options when we confirm your request.
Why are some cruise prices based on the number of people in the group?
Many cruises offer a discount for larger groups. We try to combine individual groups with each other to get you the best price possible.
What if I need to cancel my reservation – can I get my money back?
You may read our Terms and Conditions which explain our refund policy. We suggest all clients purchase Travel and Trip Cancellation Insurance if they believe they may have to cancel their reservations.
What documentation do I need for a cruise?
Passports, visas, or national identification documents are necessary for all passengers, including children and infants, according to the country or countries visited. Exact details will be sent to you at time of confirmation.
